Registration Requirements

  • A valid driver's license, passport, or government ID.
  • Bank letter of guarantee (expenditures over $500.00 dollars)
  • Tax exempt forms


Once registration is complete, you will receive a buyer's number and can participate in that auction. ODAC does not give permanent numbers. You must register at each auction. All items are sold "as is, where is". ODAC is not responsible for mercantibility, hours, mileage, usefulness, or intended purpose. All advertised information was obtained from sources assumed to be correct, but is not guaranteed. All sale date announcements take precedence over any printed material.


All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the sale. We accept cash, checks, wire transfers, money orders, and most major credit cards.


Any vehicles, trailers, or equipment that is sold which is accompanied by a title will be mailed 3-10 business days after the auction.


Upon full payment of your purchase, you will receive a paid receipt. Items cannot and will not be removed from the auction site until full payment is rendered.
